Thank you for your continued support and loyalty to our wonderful staff.
We are writing to inform you of some upcoming changes to our pricing structure for our cleaning services.
From the 1 July 2025, the new hourly cleaning support rate of $58.03 will be charged to assist us to provide high-quality cleaning services while ensuring that we continue to meet the NDIS quality standards and the Fair Work Legislation . We remain committed to providing you with the best possible service and we believe this rate increase will allow us to do so. Please note: this price increase is under the capped hourly rate in the newly released NDIS PRICE GUIDE AND PRICING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2025-2026.
KILOMETRES
Currently Klms per hour will not change and will continue to be be charged at 0.99 cents per Klm.
PARKING FEES
When we are required to pay for parking - (if there is no adequate or safe onsite parking space) and a staff member is required to park in a a metered space on the roadside, this charge will be charged from - Provider Travel - non labour costs in your plan. You will be charged the amount that we have paid.
TRAVEL TIME
When our cleaners travel to your location to undertake cleaning tasks, we will charge a travel time fee to cover the costs of our cleaners' travel time to your location. This charge will be between 5 and 30 minutes. You will only ever be charged for the amount of time that it takes for our staff member to travel to your home to deliver services, if they are travelling from a previous client. Travel time will be charged pro-rata at the same hourly rate as your supports (as above). We envisage that the average cost will be 15 minutes per clean.
However, where you have specifically requested for a particular cleaner, and when that cleaner has to travel outside of their usual work area, you may be charged up to 30 Minutes, depending on the location that the staff member has to travel from.
These new charges will help us to maintain a steady workforce and one that is in line with Modern Award rules and regulations.
Please note: These support items are subject to the rules set out in the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-2026.
