Rotary Family Festival Registration

The Rotary Family Festival is an event designed to bring togeher prospective parents who are looking to adopt kids and the wonderful kids who are available to be adopted into a loving family.

The event is a fun, child focused party like atmosphere to celebrate kids!
Please interact and play with the children.
There is no pressure on you to choose a child!
No placement decisions will be made at the event.
There will be plenty of staff and volunteers on hand to assist you with any questions or concerns.

Bottom line - Have fun and do what you can to make this the most enjoyable event for everyone attending.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
This Hold Harmless Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered in to by, between, and on behalf of the person/family/Family Worker submitting this form (hereby known as “participants”) and Rotary Club of Bellevue, its members, State of Washington, and any venue premises (hereby known as “event hosts”).

All participants consent to the possibility of appearing in photos/videotaping during the event. These images will be used for event promotional purposes only and will not be sold at any time.

Please note that no photos/videotaping of potential adoptees should be taken at any time by participants.

Participants shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless event hosts from any claims, demands, lawsuits, causes of action, liability loss, damage or injury without limitation. These may include claims regarding personal injury, property damage and monetary loss.

In the event any claim or suit is brought against event hosts, participant shall pay for legal counsel to defend against claims that are within the scope of this agreement.
