Is a deposit required?
A £150 deposit is required within 24 hours in order to secure your booking date. The booking date will be confirmed with our Pandora Rep .
What happens if I need to change my booking date?
If rescheduled, your deposit will automatically become non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking for the second time, your deposit will be lost and need to be charged again.
If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of your install, your deposit will be lost and need to be charged again.
If you cancel your booking before 72 hours of your install, your deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the cancellation.
When is the remainder of my total payment due?
The outstanding balance for your order must be paid at the end of the installation or before the end of the business working hours of 5pm. You can pay by bank transfer or via card machine.
If payment is not made in full it will automatically be debited from the card details used to place your deposit. Your vehicle will not be returned to you until the final balance is received.
What if I arrive late?
It is important to arrive at the agreed time. Late arrivals could result in your booking being cancelled and losing your deposit if we can no longer complete the install in an acceptable timeframe.
Can I wait with my vehicle?
It is advised that you leave the car with us, however if you would like to wait nearby, there are a few local amenities available subject to separate availability.

All Pandora Smart Systems include 6 months subscription to the online service, from the date of installation. The subscription service covers phone calls, text messages, push notifications, and tracking and is subject to a fair use policy.

Once the booking form is completed and sent, if you have not yet been given a time or date, A sales Rep will contact you to confirm for your installation. It is important to arrive at the agreed time. late arrivals could result you into losing your slot and would need to reschedule.
