CUSTOMER Warrents that he/she/it owns the aforementioned property at which the installation or service work is being performed and will allow Ionia Unlimited, LLC and its subcontractors to make whatever alterations Ionia Unlimited, LLC considers appropriate for the work to be preformed, which may include, but is not limited to, drilling holes in exterior walls for cable runs, installing non-penetrating roof mount apparatus, installing of antenna gable mounts, Boring for antenna poles, trenching for burried cable, and drilling for roof mount antennas. CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify and hold Ionia Unlimited, LLC and its affiliates, and their subcontractors harmless from and against any damage, loss or expense of any nature whatsoever caused or claimed to be caused by the installation of equipment, service work performed hereunder, or as a result of CUSTOMER's failure to obtain proper consent of the owner of the premises.

- I/We understand that roof access must be provided on the date and time of the installation. Not all installs require roof access, but we must be granted permission to install if needed. *

- I/We agree that the signed and completed Installation Letter of Permission must be provided to the technician on the day of installation in order for services to be performed. If the letter is not provided to the technician, it is understood that the installation will be rescheduled until such time that the document is made available.*
