Refund Request Form

NASW-NJ REFUND POLICY FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES:
- For 5-CEU courses, Clinical Supervision, Test Preparation: requests must be received by 1 week before the course date and refunds are subject to a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after that time period.

- For 3-CEU courses: requests must be received by 1 week before the course date and refunds are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellations after that time period.

- There are NO refunds granted for 2-CEU courses, CE webinars, or no shows.

- Credit of your payment cannot be issued toward a future course or course date.

- Refunds will be made in the same form the payments were received. If payment was made by check, refund will be issued via check; if payment was made by credit card, refund will be issued to the credit card used to pay for the course. Your refund will arrive by check or back to your card within 3-4 weeks after receiving your request.
