We're once again raising money for Barbells for Boobs this year with our 3rd Annual Bench for Boobs competition!

Barbells for Boobs is a nonprofit organization with the goal to redefine the standard of care in breast health and improve the quality of life post-diagnosis.

They're a phenomenal resource and organization for providing early detection services through their Right to Know (RTK) program and support for post-diagnosis through their RAD (Resources After Detection) program. In 7 years, Barbells for Boobs have served 23,080 individuals, provided 44,592 procedures, and have detected 344 cases of breast cancer to date and counting.

You don't need to be a Mass Barbell gym member to participate.

There will be prizes awarded to the top male and female lifter. More to come on that at a later date.
Equipment & Weigh-Ins

We'll be using the following equipment:
- Elite FTS competition bench
- Rogue Fitness 20kg PowerBar
- Rogue Fitness kg Calibrated plates
You'll be weighted in at check-in
Rules

Whatever weight you were at check-ins will be multiplied and loaded onto the barbell
- Men: Body Weight in KG x 1
- Women: Body Weight in KG x.75
Once the bar is loaded the athlete will attempt to bench as many reps as possible. $1 will be donated to Barbells for Boobs for every rep performed.
