- We can only check obituaries in The Times Advocate (1895–2012) and The San Diego Union-Tribune (2012–2018). We’ll search for up to 10 days after the date of death to make sure we don’t miss anything.

- The Pioneer Room specializes in homes built on or before 1938. If your home was built after 1938, we recommend researching your property at the San Diego County Clerk or the Escondido City Planning departments.
