My name is Brittany , a mom of 4 kids ( 1 + triplets ) , down 50 pounds and Up 25 pounds of Muscle. When I first had my kids I struggled to lose weight but challenges like this one helped me get started and help me stay focused even years later.
This challenge will include everything you need to get results from products to food prep to grocery list to weekly workouts and more.
You can also choose NOT to participate in the challenge and still get coaching by me.
