CARST Real Estate Assessment Data Sharing Form
In October of 2018, we sent you all a copy of our new Real-Estate Assessment Guideline, to be implemented as of January 1, 2019. CARST continues to advocate that homeowners conduct a long-term radon test before deciding to mitigate their home, but this guideline provides a framework for assessing radon levels during a real estate transaction. We are gathering feedback throughout the year with plans to re-evaluate the guideline in January 2020.
