Terms and Conditions
TABLE SPACE/DISPLAY: You will be shown your designated space upon arrival. You must provide your own canopy if you prefer to have one, as well as all other setup items, i.e. decorations, fixtures, etc. We will provide tables and chairs. All spots must have signs that identify the individual or company. No business may be conducted or solicited outside of your assigned space.
SETUP: Set-up times will be strictly enforced. Any participants that are not ready or do not show up timely will forfeit their space and allow the event coordinator to use it to the benefit of the event as a whole. Booth placement may be notified via email, closer to the date of the event. Vendors must check in before setting up; you will receive your booth space assignment upon check-in. Those vendors who want to be located next to each other must confirm those arrangements in advance with the event coordinator. If you arrive after the designated setup time, you will not be allowed to set up and no refund will be issued.
NO EARLY DEPARTURES: No participant will be allowed to tear down before the end of the event.
SECURITY: Vendors are responsible for their own equipment and are required to be present at their booth (or have an assigned representative) at all times. Event coordinators are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
ELECTRICITY: Electricity will not be provided. You are welcome to bring your own generator for use.
Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is not provided. As a result, participants must supply their own internet access.
TRASH: It is the vendor’s responsibility to keep their booth space clean.
ALCOHOL: THERE WILL BE NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT! Anyone in possession of alcohol will be escorted from the event.
USE OF IMAGES: By participating in a Walker Family Events Foundation (WFEF) event, participants consent that any images submitted, business name, or business description may be used for publicity, marketing, and the betterment of the event as a whole. This includes but is not limited to social media, email marketing, flyers, and any other media that the event coordinator sees fit in using.
VENDOR'S RESPONSIBILITY IN MARKETING: By participating in a WFEF event, you agree to market the event by posting on social media, and encourage others to attend.
THEME: Please keep artwork/merchandise within the theme of the event and also family friendly (no drug/alcohol reference, or nudity).
NO GUARANTEES: Walker Family Events Foundation does not guarantee attendance, sales, or the outcome of an event. This is a rain or shine event.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Please be advised that photographs and/or videos will be taken at the event for use on the Walker Family Events Foundation (WFEF) and partner websites, in the press, within WFEF marketing and promotional materials, and on our various social media platforms. By purchasing a ticket, attending, and/or entering this event, you consent to being photographed and/or videotaped, and to WFEF using your image and likeness.
