NOTE: ALL Rugby Indiana instructors and coaches have completed the USA Rugby Background Checks and SafeSport Training & Requirements.
This project has received any required approvals. .
Many schools require their own background checks for the Rugby Indiana staff to PE in the school to offer this program. If your school or program requires its own checks, please submit the link and application instructions in the box below OR upload the background check form below.

I/We understand that if this grant valued at approximatly $2,500 that includes rugby equipment, PE Curriculum, a World Rugby Level 2 Coach, a World Rugby Level 1, and phone/email support, is awarded to us, that we will continue teaching rugby in our PE programs for a minimum of two (2) additional years following the award.
