Terms and Conditions:
To get started on the process of building your professional website 100% of total pricing is REQUIRED for Option #1, #2 and #3. If you need to split the payments between two Credit Cards we can accomdate by updating payment invoice, once your form has been submitted.

50% deposit for Option #4, #5 & #6 is acceptable per Serenity's approval. Remaining balance MUST be paid off 3 days prior to your "Launch Date".

All invoices MUST be paid before the start of work. Services are discussed verbally before the contract begins as communication moving forward with me vis SMS Text Messaging or Email Support.

Due to the fact that intangible services are being provided, and details are discussed upfront, there are NO REFUNDS. We are willing to do what it takes to make sure you are satisfied with our services within 30 days or less.
