All Member Speacial Badge Requests are created on a "as needed" basis by BNI Atlanta. They are created and shipped to the Chapter Presidents or to the Chapter Support Directors.
Please do not request a badge if it is for a NEW Member. All New Members Badges are created automatically using an BNI Atlanta's Application Log.
ONLY BNI Atlanta Directors are allowed to request these badges. Lost or Replacement badges may be purchased using the BNI MEMBER REPLACEMENT BADGE REQUEST found on the Member Resources web page. (https://form.jotform.com/92274790650159).
