Please note that the pricing for the Preventative Maintenance Program reflects the cost of labor only, and that parts are extra.
The Preventative Maintenance Program includes basic service and travel expenses for systems exhibiting normal signs of use. For abused systems, or those showing extremes signs of wear and tear, a separate quote detailing costs of bringing the system into spec may be provided.
Additional repairs, if needed, can be completed within the limits of the purchase order issued, otherwise, written estimates will be provided.
For optimum results, the Preventative Maintenance Program is designed to have two site visits annually. However, one site visit annually is also available, and may be recommended for consideration based on the site’s conditions and use.
Free loaner equipment is subject to inventory limitations and does not cover shipping costs.
This proposal will remain in effect for 45 days from the date of submission.
Program pricing is based on a one-year service commitment.
As a further incentive to engage this proposal:
We will commit to a maximum of $80.00 per hour labor rate during the period of the service agreement for any additional repairs, completed by Applied Audio & Theatre Supply, to the specified system (saving you $10.00 per hour off our normal rate of $90.00 per hour). However, the discount is not permitted when work falls under New York State Prevailing Wage rate requirements.
You will also receive a 10% discount on any repair parts required, excluding lamps, for work completed by Applied Audio & Theatre Supply during the period of this agreement.
For our mutual protection, no work will be performed without a valid purchase order, if necessary, and this completed form.
Flex time redeemed on days outside of the Preventative Maintenance visit will incur additional trip charges.
