Please print these two forms, sign it with your guardian, and BRING IT WITH YOU - we were all under 18 before and had to do it, don't sweat it! We will have another black t-shirt to add to your collection available for sale the weekend of the conference, for $15. The "Detroit-vs-Everybody" brand is huge here, so we are giving it a Cretan twist. Attached is a preview of the t-shirt logo. If you are INTERESTED in a t-shirt, please include your ideal size so we know approximately how many to order per size (sorry, no XS available). Note: t-shirt sizes are unisex
