Newborn Session Inlcudes

-2-3 hour sesion with Summer, can be done in studio or in home

-This time is required for soothing, feedings, diaper changes and posing

-Session must take place between 3-14 days of age. Please text Summer the day or the day after you deliver 918-658-8007(save this number in your phone).

-Your retainer of $100 is paid at the time of booking to hold your spot on my calendar. This covers your time with Summer and includes access to studio equipment.

-You can choose between 2 package choices for newborn session. The Basic Package which includes 25 digital images delivered via online gallery where you can download your included images and purchase any prints or The Delux Package which incluces 50 digital images delivered vai online gallery where you can download your images and purchase any prints or products. The Delux package is best suited for newborns with family poses and additonal sibling/family poses where as the Basic package is best for newborn only sessions. The price of the Basic Package is $425.00 and the remaining balance of $325.00 is due at the time of your session. The price of the Delux Package is $575.00 and the remaing balance of $475.00 is due at the time of your session. Payments can be made in cash, check or card.

-Summer provides everything necessary for your newborn session, including wraps, backdrops, props, and accessories. But feel free to include any sentimental items in your session just make sure and include what you plan to bring with this form or inform summer before you session date.

-Your session includes family/sibling poses at no extra charge. I highly recomned family poses with each session. Moms feel free to bring a change of clothes/makeup and hair tools with you to the studio and get dressed there. I have a separate changing room just for this.

I understand that Summer Cassell Photography owns the copyrights to the images and they may be used for her website/and or printed for her studio. Summer will NOT sell these images to any 3rd party without your express written consent.

I understand that the retainer fee is NON refundable if you choose to cancel your session or if you no call no show to your appointment. I understand that the remaining balance is due at the time of the session. I understand that no images will be released until your package has been paid in full.

Summer will need to photograph your baby within the first 14 days of age. It is best to call/text Summer the day or day after delivery to insure she can fit you onto her schedule within the first 14 days. Your session will be rescheduled if you or your baby have to stay in the hospital longer than expected. Your guaranteed a session if you agree to contact Summer within 2 days of delivery. Please save her cell phone number for reference 918-658-8007 texting is usually best.
