Not being emotionally, mentally, or physically prepared for the common challenges during the puppy stage i.e. lack of sleep, crate training, playfulness, nipping, etc.
Being too busy.

Completing this application is a step in the process of acquiring a puppy from Beloved Bernedoodles, but it does not guarantee you will get a puppy from this or any future litter. We reserve the right to refuse any placement at any time for any reason.

APPROVAL AND PAYMENT: We try our very best to review and respond to applications within 5 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order they are received. If we both feel that it's a good fit, we require a $500 puppy reservation fee to hold your official spot on our wait list. This price is deducted from the overall cost of your puppy. Please visit the FAQS page of our website for our details on our pricing, puppy selection process, and policies.

CONTRACT: We have a puppy contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract prior to puppy pick up day. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later.

SPAY/NEUTER: We have a strict spay/neuter policy on all of our pet homes. This policy is detailed in our contract. Unless we have a signed agreement with an approved breeding program or a guardian home, we require that all Beloved Bernedoodles be spayed or neutered no sooner than nine months old and no later than 18 months old. It is understood that you will contact us within this time period and provide spay/ neuter records.

EDUCATION & TRAINING: We highly value and recommend dog training books, videos, articles, puppy classes, and/or professional training, and we believe the statistics that state that a person is more likely to keep (and not rehome) a well-trained dog. Because we love our puppies, we are looking for forever homes that are truly committed to education and training as well as to the lifetime of the dog. We highly recommend that you read puppy training books, watch videos, and have a plan and schedule in place for your puppy prior to bringing him or her home. You assume responsibility for appropriately training your Beloved Bernedoodle to fit into your household.
