All employees on Standard Hours are restricted to maximum shift duration of:
Drivers must have at least 30min rest after 5hours of work time.
24 hrs. continuous stationary rest within that 7 day period
Note: Drivers who exceed the above rule, MUST STOP WORK IMMEDIATELY and contact your shift manager for further instructions

All CSA’s must complete the comments box with all your daily activities. Reasons for any delays over 5 minutes or deliveries made out of scope to your run must be populated e.g. Early delivery made to drop 16 due to drop 15 being cancelled, Customer service contacted or Delayed at store 3347 due to staging not being completed, customer service contacted or My deliveries run to schedule for shift.

Tips to do not miss a claim
1) Avoid submit this where you do not have a good network coverage.
2) The submission process usually takes a few seconds, but it may take longer (no more than 1 minute).
3) Wait for the screen message before submit another claim.
4) Make sure that you've filled out the correct email, so you can get the confirmation message
5) Keep all confirmations with you.
