    If you need to save your progress and complete the form at a later time, click the "Save and Continue Later" button at the bottom of the form. Choose "Skip Create an Account" on the first screen. Enter your email address on the second screen, and select the "Send Link" button. You will receive an email with a link to resume your work in progress. This link will be active for 90 days.

  • Note: Start date for your registration must be a minimum of 1 week from the date you submit this form. Complex registrations (i.e. Homecoming, Golden Grad, reunion weekends) should allow for a minimum of 2 weeks.

  • Upload a Word document containing event registration details. This document should include—

    • Event Preview Text (Example)
    • Event Description Text (Example)
    • Location/directions
    • All data to be collected on form outside the standard event fields
    • Associated registration cost(s).
    • If a donation is included in the registration cost, provide—
      • Breakdown of cost and gift split ie. Cost: $75 ($35 cost/$40 donation)
      • The account/allocation code to which the gift will be deposited
      • The account/allocation code to which the non-gift portion will be deposited
      • Appeal code
    • Activities listed with associated affiliations (activity-driven events)
