RENTAL REQUEST FORM

All applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted within 10 days of receipt of your completed application. The entire form must be completed for consideration. This form is a request to book dates and only initiates an application regarding rental of the Theatre and an inquiry about available dates. It should in no way be construed as a committment or a priority in booking the venue. A reservation is not guaranteed until a signed contract is received along with a deposit.

Note that rehearsals and private events are not listed on our website calendar. An empty date does not necessarily mean it is available for booking.
