Artists and creative businesses may set up to vend during the 2019 South End Art Hop for the incredible three day arts festival taking place;
Friday, September 6th from 5pm - 10pm
Saturday, September 7th from 10am - 10pm
Sunday, September 8th from 11am - 4pm
NOTE: THIS IS NOT FOR VENDING FOOD
You may decide to register for one of two options;
Saturday and/or Sunday
Add Friday Night (limited availability that have power, unless you have a portable generator)
One day options are now $100
New Two day options are $145
New Friday Night plus Sat and/or Sun are $160
Increase your allotted space from a max of 10' x 10' up to double for an extra $100.
There are a limited number of spots with electricity access for Friday night. First come first served. You will be able to register for Friday even after spots are filled, if you have your own generator for power.
Location will be different this year. Placement will be in multiple spots in the South End Arts District, to be decided by SEABA. If you have a request you can let us know below.
All artist vendors must provide their own tents (weights are required if you have a tent), tables, chairs, and generators if electricity is needed.
Set up and take down times will be announced, you must be preparred to set up during strict timeframes. Vendors who do not show up at specific set up times may be asked to leave with no refund. This is an extremely busy and potentially lucrative opportunity, we expect professionalism from all participants. Seek additional assistance for when you will need to take breaks. If doing multiple days, you will be responsible for break down and securing your booth in the evening, etc. Always take valuables with you. SEABA is not liable for damage or theft. You will handle all sales and inquiries from visitors.
