Enrollment Overview
Welcome to the Fine Arts Enrollment Jotform! By completing this form, you'll inform us of the classes you wish to enroll your student(s) in for the 2026-2027 school year.
Once we receive your submission, we will send you an Enrollment Packet through our FACTS student information system (SIS). Rest assured, the information provided is strictly confidential within SCS and will not be shared outside of our school or reported to the state.
Lastly, consider signing up for Bit & Pieces, our weekly newsletter, which provides updates on upcoming events and important notifications, including information that may not directly relate to fine arts but is nice for staying informed about school schedules and activities.
Multiple Elective Classes
Same-day elective classes must be adjacent to one another for your student to remain at school. If there is a gap between classes, your student needs to be picked up or with an adult for safety purposes. We want to ensure each child is accounted for by a class teacher while under our care.
Recess & Lunch
Your student may attend recess or eat lunch at school if it lies adjacent to their elective class. Lunch cost is $3.60/student.
