Provide information about the piece(s) accepted into the exhibition. If your work is over 40 inches on the long side, please contact us for pre-approval.
All work must be ready-to-hang with hanging hardware/wire installed. For pricing, please note that the artist receives 70% of the retail price and the Center receives 30%.
*Finished Artwork is classified as being printed and framed with a wire for hanging.
Having your work printed with us is optional. Up to a 3 inch border is free with your print order. Archival papers and archival pigment inks are used for all of our printing. Prints can be sized up to 44 inches including white borders on the shortest side. Larger prints can be ordered through us with an additional 3 weeks notice.
STANDARD FRAME STYLE | A 1.25 inch wide frame face in black or white with A single white 3 inch mat, UV glazing and no dry mounting. The white Standard Style is more expensive than the black. See estimate sheet. Mounting is an additional cost for this style. Upgrades in glazing are an additional cost as well.
MODERN GALLERY STYLE | A thin frame face (.75 inches) that is 1.25 inches deep, available in Black or White Frame with Archival seal to protect prints. Image must be mounted with Archival/Reversible Mount with this frame. There is No Mat, white space may be created using paper borders. Please specify on this form the visible white paper margin width or no visible margin (full bleed). A .25 inch Archival Spacer sets image back from glazing. Regular Plexi included, glazing may be upgraded at additional cost. Note* White paper border refers to the white paper border of your print and is not a mat.
FLOAT FRAME STYLE | This is a great style for Metal Plates and rigid objects, there is no glazing available for this style. Mounting is reversible for metal surfaces. This Frame style has a ½ inch frame face and is 1.5 inches deep. It is available in White or Black. Object will be float mounted with ½ inch of space between the object edge and the frame. The object is set back ¼ inch back from the face, to protect during shipping. There is no glazing. Estimates available, email firstname.lastname@example.org with print size and color preference.
PEDESTAL FRAME STYLE | This is a great style for prints on handmade papers or artists that want the float effect with protective glazing for their prints. This frame style has a ¾ inch frame face in black or white. The print is set back 3/8 inch from the UV protective glass. Image is pedestal (float) mounted 3/8 of an inch from the backing. Mat board Backing color is either black or white. Total interior depth of the frame is ¾ of an inch. The space between the edge of the print to the frame is determined by the artist. WE CAN MATCH YOUR SERIES STYLE | If you have a set framing technique for your series, our framer can match it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with frame model number and specifics and we can request an estimate.
BORROW A 20"x24" BLACK FRAME | This is a great, low cost option. Exhibition ready prints can be tube shipped at a much lower cost back to the artist if not sold. With this presentation method the work must arrive matted to fit the frame or as a print with orders to have it matted to fit into the frame. Please email email@example.com to check availability.

BORROW A PRINT HANGER | This is a great low cost option and exhibited prints call be tube shipped at a much lower cost back to the artist if not sold. With this presentation method a minimum one inch (2.5cm) of white paper border around the image is required. We have several sizes of print hanger to borrow, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to check available size options. We need to coordinate the print size to match the hanger before submitting our file for printing.
* Standard Frame Price includes UV Glass, Modern Gallery Frame Price includes Regular Plexi. Substituting more expensive glazing will raise the cost of framing.
Shipping to the Center
You are responsible for packing and shipping your artwork to the Center.

Returning Your Artwork
It is the artist’s responsibility to provide the Center with a return shipping label.
It is the artist’s responsibility to research the shipping terms and conditions of any shipping company that they select to ship with. We recommend insuring your image for the replacement value of your image; your insurance amount for returns can be specified on the Exhibitors Information Form. Damage claims for shipments can only be processed if all packing materials and box are retained by the receiver for inspection by the shipping company. The Center is not responsible for shipping damage.
C4FAP will email a secured payment form to your email address listed above for all relevant charges. Payment is due when the billing email is received.
My signature in the following box indicates that I understand that all Printing and Framing Charges incurred by me through C4FAP must be paid, by me, in full before the exhibition begins. Non-payment will mean that the work will be held and not shown or promoted in any way by C4FAP. I also understand that all returned images are packed by a professional art packing specialist and I may be charged up to $15 for packing services and materials, if the work wasn't packed correcly when it arrived to the Center, along with the shipping cost. The Center does not mark up or profit from either packing or shipping costs. Both the packing and shipping fee must be paid before the work will be shipped from C4FAP. Please do not send credit card or personal information through email.
