Electronic Signatures

The Full Proposal requires electronic signature from the Primary Faculty Leader and designated college Dean to complete submission. The Full Proposal will be reviewed by the Education Abroad Council once submitted.
The Health and Safety Audit requires both a signature from the Primary Faculty Course Leader and a signature from the appropriate designated college Dean. The process for signature is as follows:
1. Faculty will electronically sign and submit below
2. Once submitted, a report will automatically be generated with the above information and emailed to cge@simmons.edu
3. The CGE staff will email the completed Full Proposal in a document form to faculty
4. Faculty will have the approprate Dean sign off on the Full Proposal.
Please return the signed document to the CGE by June 15.
