1.) If your meal is not included in the package and your are eating with the group, any restaurant tabs will be paid by MacLean Adventures and will be split evenly by the number of people at the restaurant during that time.

2.) Alcohol and expensive non-alcoholic beverages are split evenly among people who are drinking. You will be billed at the end of the Adventure.

3.) There are no refunds, however you may exchange your spot on this Adventure with another person provided payment is made up front.

4.) We reserve the right to make changes. This includes changes due to currency, travel conditions, weather conditions, personalities, and government guidance on security.

5.) Travel insurance is highly recommended. We are not responsible for delayed flights, lost bags, injury, death, health issues, etc. Medical evacuation is very expensive. Most medical insurance policies do not cover this, especially international travel.

6.) MacLean Adventures can use any photos and videos taken during our Adventures in its marketing and social media.

7.) Activities, meals and hotel rooms for our trip have been reserved and financially guaranteed for our group to ensure a timely and smooth experience for all. If for ANY reason you decide not to participate in scheduled activities or meals, we are unfortunately not able to provide any refunds or exchanges.

8.) If the minimum number of participants is not met, MacLean Adventures will cancel the Adventure and all deposits/payments will be refunded.
