This is what could happen with outside events without a structural cover like an awning:
• WEATHER- If it does rain, we will shut down the booth, there will be NO refunds due to weather that is unsafe for our equipment. The photo booth takes about 30 minutes to break down which could ruin $8,000 worth of equipment if it is rained on.
• HEAT: The Photo Booth is full of electronics that will overheat and turn off when the temperature gets too high. Although rare, if this happens (typically in 100 degree + weather) we will restart the booth once it cools.
• GLARE: The screen is hard or impossible to see when the sun is out and shining on the screen. Please alocate a spot not in the glare of the sun.
• SQUINTING, all of your guests will be squinting in the photos if we are in the sun.
• EXPOSURE: The photos will not look as good if the sun is on your guests.
• WIND. The backdrop is like a boat sail, the slightest wind sends it flying, If windy we will take down backdrop for safty. 
SURFACE: Photo booth MUST BE set up on a hard level surface, will not work on grass, rocks or sand unless a dedicated leveled space is laid out.

$40 retainer fee is required to hold the date. The booking fee must be paid after submiting this form and to be placed on the calendar. NO EXCEPTIONS (Endless we talk previously) 

You may pay in full now, or select to pay ONLY the booking fee. you will recieve a Paypal invoice a few days before your event for the balance. The invoice MUST be paid IN FULL before the event starts. If you are paying Check or cash. It is due before the Event starts.

Terms and Conditions:

Photo Booth Service Agreement

• This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Visalia Photo Booth Company (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the undersigned client (hereinafter referred to as "Client") for the provision of photo booth services at the event detailed below:

Service Period:

• The service period shall commence at [Please fill in] and continue until [Please fill in]. The Provider agrees to operate the photo booth during this period, with occasional interruptions for maintenance.

Payment Terms:

• A non-refundable booking fee of $40 is due upon signing this contract. The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of the event.
• Payments can be made in cash, via credit card, or through PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle. Personal checks are not accepted.
• Additional rental time beyond the agreed service period will be billed at a rate of $125.00 per hour. Any additional services requested during the event must be paid for in cash or by credit card before the service commences.

Delivery and Setup:

• The event location must be accessible for photo booth delivery and setup at least one hour before the start of the event.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring a clear space of at least 10 feet by 10 feet by 10 feet for each booth tower and providing a standard 120V electrical outlet within 10 feet of the desired location.

Travel:

• A travel fee of $1 per mile will apply if the event site is located over 45 miles away from 93277 (Provider's office location).

Standby Time:

• Setup will commence one hour before the event start time.
• If the Client requires the photo booth to be operational beyond the agreed service period, a standby charge of $125.00 per hour will apply.                                       

Date Changes & Cancellations:

• Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 10 days prior to the original event date and is subject to availability.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event date will forfeit all payments received.

Liability and Damage:

• The Client is liable for any damage or loss to the Provider's equipment caused by misuse or theft.
• Abusive behavior towards Provider's staff will not be tolerated and may result in event termination without refund.

Children Under 12:

• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the photo booth.

Weather and Force Majeure:

• The Client agrees to pay the total fee regardless of event modifications due to weather or force majeure.

Attorney Fees and Choice of Law:

• Each party shall bear its own attorney fees in case of litigation. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.

Miscellaneous:

• If any provision of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
• The Client agrees to resolve any disputes via arbitration.
• If the Provider fails to supply a working photo booth for at least 80% of the service period, the Client shall receive a prorated refund.
