Due Diligence Checklist

Our Duty of Confidentiality:

Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, Exotic Flights Ultra Private Jet Service and the Recipient shall, during the term of this Agreement and thereafter as provided herein, take all reasonable measures to prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information. In the event the Exotic Flights Ultra Private Jet Service shall be legally compelled to disclose any Confidential Information, Recipient will provide Discloser with advance wrote the notice and shall not be held liable for such disclosure.
