Two (2) votes for chartering prior to the 2020 Washington Days Meeting
Two (2) votes for chartering prior to the 2021 Washington Days Meeting
***One (1) vote for adopting the KYD Constitution and submitting the chapter constitution

Two (2) votes for participation in every one (1) democratic or issue campaigns (with verification from campaign coordinator or candidate)
One (1) vote for participation in a local community service activity (with verification from community service representative)
