  • IMPORTANT:  without a satellite image mentioned below, we cannot proceed.  This image should be received as soon as possible, no later than 30 to 60 days prior to event date. 

    Site visit: due to our busy delivery schedules, a satellite image is required to be sent to Jitterbug.

    To begin the process, send a satellite image from Google of the event venue site, marking where the tent will go, width/length of the site, marking trees, buildings or fencing that might be in close proximity.  Also, mark path for truck to get to the tent site.  If there is a sprinkler system, mark it on the image.  If the image is detailed enough, we won’t need a site visit.

    *Tent permit: Check with City/County if one is required.

    *Utilities: call 811 for free locate of underground utilities (if any).
