REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing by November 7, 2019. Cancellations received by this date will be eligible for a refund. A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations received after November 7.
If you are unable to attend, senior delegate substitution is permitted up to, and including, November 14. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the replacement contact’s information.
