IMPORTANT TIPS AND INFORMATION NEEDED TO COMPLETE PACKET

COLLEGE LIST: You will need the addresses and deadlines for the colleges you are definitely applying to. Create your college list with earliest deadline first and then the next deadline etc.

DEADLINES: Students must submit this COMPLETED packet 30 DAYS BEFORE YOUR EARLIEST DEADLINE!

FEES: There is a $7.00 transcript fee for each school which includies postage and shipping.
SAVE: There is a "SAVE" button on each page. If you save, your email pops up make sure you verify it and you will have 14 days to complete the form before it expires.
