For a retail pickup, we do not charge for this service and will be happy to spend time walking you through your new trailer and giving you a tour of our plant if you so desire.

At this time we are not selling any parts for non-inTech product other than those listed on the Marketplace. inTech also makes no commitment to fit, function or performance of parts purchased through the Marketplace for any product not built by inTech.
Some parts may not be available for sale in an aftermarket setting without a service appointment being scheduled and the work being completed at inTech. These parts would include things such as cabinets, axles, replacement doors and metal. You can still contact us with your information to verify below if necessary.

inTech Trailers works to support our customers and dealers and will try to help with repairs. While we are not geared to take on all service opportunities; we will help when we can- please fill out the form below and provide pictures and descriptions of the work to be performed and in most cases we will come back to you with a service quote.
At this time, we are not structured to provide support in parts or service repairs for trailers we did not build. As an Original Equipment Manufacturer, our business is building and selling trailers; we include provisions for service repairs to customers and dealers of inTech Trailers; but we do not work on non-inTech Trailers.

If the replacement part is being installed by you, the part may be approved and shipped to you, but labor will not be reimbursed even if a professional is required to come in at a later point to finish the installation.
If you would like to have your dealership complete the install – please schedule a service appointment with the dealership and they will order the replacement part(s) and have them sent directly to their location.
