If your family is experiencing financial hardship or a unique situation not fully reflected in the standard Tuition Assistance Application, we encourage you to complete this form. Each application will be reviewed individually, with care and confidentiality.

If you do not have a 1040, TANF, SNAP, or SSI form that represents your current financial circumstances, you may email rashida@dcyop.org to request the Extenuating Circumstances Fund application.
