Private One-Hour Nutrition Consultation at Gold's Gym Newburgh - $45
EATING PROPERLY AND NOURISHING YOUR BODY is the biggest factor in achieving your health and fitness goals. In fact, 70% of your results come from proper eating while 30% come from your workouts. You have to EAT HEALTHY with the right amount of food and right balance of nutrients to see and feel the changes you want in your body's weight, composition (fat vs. muscle), and overall health. For this reason, Gold's Gym is happy to provide you with private nutrition coaching, meal planning, and education. The one time fee for a one-hour private consultation is $45. During this time, you will meet with a nutrition coach to receive suggestions and an easy to follow food plan with portion control and macro-nutrient balance based on your specific needs and personal goals. You'll be guided in creating a daily meal plan using foods that YOU choose and enjoy, albeit in their proper quantities. Factors taken into consideration will include your current weight, your daily lifestyle, and the changes you'd like to make. If there are chronic health or weight issues, you may be assisted with further suggestions or recommendations. Upon submitting your information and payment below, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours to schedule your appointment at the gym. Thank you in advance!

Recommendations may be made and education provided during your consultation with the nutrition coach. However, it is up to you do decide what recommendations you would like to follow. You understand that there are no shortcuts. You understand that this is not about quick fixes and easy answers. You will progress within your own ability, acquire the education to make informed decisions about your nutrition and meal planning, and commit to what you learn and the information you're provided with during your nutrition consultation.
