Effective April 1, 2020
Due to too many "no shows" at the vet's office on scheduled appointments, we will now require a non-refundable co-payment prior to approving anyone for vet assitance. Once we receive your application, we will contact you to discuss your application and co-payment. If you are requesting a non-emergency procedure, your co-payment must be received in our office before we will give final approval for a procedure at the vet's. You may reschedule your appointment in case of emergency, but you need to call at least one day in advance. If you miss your appointment, whether rescheduled or not, you will need to submit a new request for vet assistance and a new co-payment will be required.
