Spread the Word Nevada – Donation Request Guidelines

As a literacy nonprofit committed to empowering readers of all ages, Spread the Word Nevada is proud to support schools, nonprofits, and community causes that promote reading.

To ensure we can fulfill requests efficiently and fairly, please review the following requirements:

Eligibility
Donation recipients must be a school, nonprofit organization, or cause that promotes reading.
Request Timeline
All donation requests must be submitted with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
Pickup Requirements
Donations must be picked up at one of our locations (Las Vegas or Reno).

If books are not picked up within 2 weeks of your selected fill‑by/pick‑up date, and no extension request is made, the items will be returned to our general inventory.

Available Book Categories
At this time, we are not able to provide K–5th grade books. We currently have the following categories available:

- Middle/High School

By submitting this form you are requesting Spread the Word Nevada to provide books for your organization/event. All book requests will be thoughtfully considered and you will be notified of the decision within three business days of your submission. Spread the Word Nevada attempts to fill all book requests however we must ensure that books provided are in excess of our programming.
