This agreement for services between Special Branch Investigative Agency

(Herein referred to as the client). Hereby request the following services as follows:

SERVICES FEES

 

Special Branch Investigation Agency agrees to undertake the above Investigations/Executive Protection Assignment in a professional and confidential manner, abiding by all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. 

 

The client agrees to pay Special Branch Investigation Agency a non-refundable retainer of $__________ to secure services, which shall include consultation, research of field investigation. Thereafter,  an hourly rate of $________ per hour plus all reasonable expenses which may include research, telephone calls, mileage, postage, tolls, parking fees, hotels, motor vehicle expenses, photocopying, reproduction costs, travel expenses, video copies, meals and all other disbursements necessary to the proper performance of the investigation. No work will be performed unless there are sufficient funds in the client(s) retainer account unless agreed upon by the management of Special Branch Investigation Agency.

 

SBIA will perform the services specified in paragraph 1 of the Contract for the Client and will charge for these services as specified:

 

The Private Investigative fee will be charged on an hourly basis, interview, consultation, drafting and preparation of reports and documents, phone calls, research, meetings with experts and/or witnesses, any preparation connected with the investigation and all other services will be billed on an hourly basis with the Minimum time charged 5 hours.

 

 

SERVICES PACKAGES

 

ú  Economy Package: $750.00 = 5 hours of Service

Package includes consultation, research, mileage written report, and field investigation. This is a onetime use and all services will be concluded in one day. There is an additional cost for copying video(s) and still photographs. No refund if the client fails to utilize all the services.

ú  Silver Package: $950.00 = 8 hours of Service

Package includes consultation, a comprehensive background check, research, written report, mileage, and field investigation. These services must be completed over a period of three consecutive days. No refund if the client fails to utilize all the services.

ú  Gold Package: $1,550.00 = 12 hours of Service

Package includes consultation, a comprehensive background check, research, mileage, written report, and field investigations, all services must be completed over a period of one week. There is an additional cost for copying video(s) and still photographs. No refund if the client fails to utilize all the services.

ú  VIP Package: $3,100.00 = 24 hours of Service

Package includes consultation, a comprehensive background check, mileage, video, still photographs, written report, and field investigations. These services must be completed within a period of two weeks. No refund if the client fails to utilize all the services.
