Due to the high volume of applications we receive, we may not be able to get in touch with every applicant. We will be in contact shortly if you meet all of the requirements for the specific dog you'd like to adopt, your application is thoughtfully filled out, and you are approved to adopt from our organization. Do you understand and accept that it may take several weeks (sometimes even months) for a new dog to adjust to your family, home, and environment? NOARC provides many valuable resources on this topic and we are happy to help in any way possible. However, we expect a very strong level of commitment from adopters, as this phase of transition can be trying at times. *
Are you familiar with dog-dog introductions and how to do this utilizing force-free/science-based methods?*

By filling out this information you are giving NOARC permission to contact your veterinarian for a reference regarding adoption. Some vets require owner permission to verify current vaccines. Please call your vet to let them know we may be calling, prior to submitting your application. *
