    • Currently we are only able to deliver the beverage within Hanoi. However we ship the grains and the SCOBY to other provinces.

      Delivery fee of 20k -30k is chargeable. Delivery fee will be waived for orders 250k and above.

      Please allow ±30 minutes grace from the "Time of delivery" for unforeseen circumstances.

      Please inform us should you have any specific instructions (e.g. less sour, sweetened).

      We are continuing our best efforts in providing the fresh & healthy drink, hence we use glass packaging to keep the milk & tea tasty and 100% recyclable. Customer can now exchange emty bottle for one same size drink.
