Terms and Conditions of WMU Meeting Space
- All decorations, banners, posters, and illustrations are to be freestanding and not taped, tacked, or nailed into the walls or woodwork. All items brought into the building must be removed at the conclusion of the meeting.
- Table set ups and breakdowns require two people to protect the floors and tables. Tables must be lifted off the floor to move and place. Dragging tables causes damage to the floors.
- For security purposes, please provide a complete listing of all persons in attendance for the meeting. This list will be provided to the facilities administrative assistant, Jan Heaslett (jheaslett@wmu.org), on the date of occupancy.
- Communicate to your guests that the WMU building and grounds has a smoke-free and alcohol-free policy that all are expected to observe.
- The host organization shall be responsible for any damage or loss to WMU property and building caused by any staff or guest, including financial reimbursement to WMU for any damage or loss occurring in the building and/or on the property while host organization’s staff and guests are on the property.
