1) To take part in a Make Up Class you must have Make Up Tokens in your account.

2) You must submit a notice of your absence prior to (or on the day of) the class to receive a Make Up Token. The notice can be submitted through our website via the “Absence Notification” form.

3) You can use your Make Up Tokens at any time, but we cannot book a Make Up Class further than 6 days out. However, the token does expire after 30 days of claiming that token. If you become inactive, you will permanently lose any Make Up Tokens you have accumulated.

4) Make Up Tokens are non-transferable to others (including to siblings).

5) If you schedule a Make Up Class with a Make Up Token, you must attend the Make Up Class or you will forever lose that particular token.
