RFK 392 Armstrong Camper Application

Dear Foster/Kinship Parents or guardians,

We would like to extend an invitation to your child to attend this year’s Royal Family KIDS Camp. Royal Family KIDS Camp is a one-week long overnight camp for children 7 - 11 years old. Camp days are Monday through Friday.

Your child will leave our parking lot from Living Water Church at 629 Woodward Ave, Kittanning, PA 16201 on Monday morning and return Friday afternoon. Our camp facility is about an hour away.

Swimming, nature walks, Bible stories, music and a variety of non-competitive sports and games will round out a program emphasizing wholesome activities and the building of positive memories. There are more than a dozen Activity Centers to choose from, including arts and crafts, games, and sports. Evening activities will include a talent show, a birthday party, and a whole lot more!

The opportunity to develop good attitudes toward peers and to learn about the outdoors will be present everywhere for them. Special guest speakers and entertainers help to make each year a memorable experience. There is one camp counselor for two children in addition to many support staff, so your child will have individualized attention and be well cared for.

All camp staff are trained, background checked, and interviewed before camp to ensure your child will be kept safe during camp.

Please submit the application as soon as possible. Space is limited to the first 24 applicants. There is no cost to you for your child to attend camp, it is free for campers. Once we receive your application and a Xerox copy of your child’s insurance I.D. card, we will send you a letter confirming your child's place and a list of suggested items to bring to camp.

I understand that it is my responsibility as caregiver to make sure that all instructions are clear and that the necessary dosage is adequately supplied for the duration of camp. I hereby authorize RFK's Camp nurse to administer the above medication from 8/5/2024-8/9/2024. *

MEDICAL RELEASE FORM: This health history is correct so far as I know, and the above named minor has permission to engage in all prescribed program activities, except as noted.
