    Once My Refund is removed as your tax agent, you’ll need to contact Inland Revenue directly to update your contact details and bank account information. This helps ensure all correspondence and any future refunds are sent to you correctly. You can update your details through your myIR account or by calling Inland Revenue on 0800 775 247.

This offer is available only to eligible clients who are presented with it through the My Refund removal form and is limited to one $10 credit per client. The credit has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for cash, and cannot be applied to existing invoices or amounts already owing. The credit will remain on your account and will be applied towards My Refund’s fees for your 2027 income tax return. If you choose to remove My Refund as your tax agent before the credit has been used, the unused promotional credit will be forfeited.
