Event Info: Times Two Entertainment LLC has partnered with various Phoenix Valley communities to present Food Truck dinner nights, City Sponsored Community Events, HOA Community Events, School & Church various community events. Community events feature a festivities such as a FREE public bigscreen outdoor movie, kids activities, Food Trucks, live DJ, face painting, character visits, balloon twister, kids dance party, night market, glow fun, music, games & more!

We do our best to avoid duplications at each event, all sign-ups are 1st come, 1st served. Spots are not secured until payment & COI have been received.
Registration: Registration & payments will not be accepted on the day of the event. Spots are filled on a first come first serve basis as we do our best not to overlap menu items at each event. Vendor is required to submit completed application to receive approval & scheduling. If payment is not received the next person in line will have an opportunity to take the available spot. Payments are payable to "Times Two Entertainment LLC" (20165 N. 67th Ave, Suite #122A, Glendale, AZ 85308). EFT (PayPal) payments/credit card orders are subject to applicable merchant processing fees (3.5% surcharge). Returned checks will incur a $25 fee. After acceptance of registration, fees are nonrefundable.
Day of Event: The weeknight food truck events will be held from 5pm-7pm (unless otherwise noted), food vendor check-in will take place 30 mins before event start time. Any late check-ins are subject to a $25 late fee, vendors that neglect to check-in during the designated check-in time will automatically forfeit their reservation and no refunds will be issued. Vendor's area must be clear of all trash & debris before departure.

ALL FOOD/BEVERAGE VENDORS (regardless of type) ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AT LEAST 1 TRASH CAN FOR CONSUMER USAGE and extra Covid santitation proceedures must be put in place (IE wiping counters down after each use, wearing masks etc) no exceptions.

All food trucks (except dessert & beverage only trucks) are HIGHLY encouraged to provide family friendly menu pricing.

Movie Nights: Due to the event activities and movie showing, all food trucks & their respective vehicles will remained parked & in place until all attendees have safely exited the event area; tear down may not begin until the movie has come to completion. "Kids Meal" options are required in order to participate.

All food & beverage vendors are required to provide "treats" for the trick or treaters. Estimated attendance is 3,000.

Food truck events & movie night events are outdoor events and therefore subject to cancellation due to adverse weather conditions, and/or cancellation of event by the hosting venue for any reason; guest attendance is not guaranteed.
Security and Liability: Vendors will assume all responsibility to operate, set-up, and tear-down of their spaces. All vendors agree to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and will adhere to the venue's rules/guidelines including, but not limited to the venue's smoking policies, non use of profanity, trash policies, parking & emergency evacuation plans. Vendors will assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage that may occur in conjunction with this event.

All food vendors are responsible for complying with the local County Health Department, Rules and Regulations and operate using valid food permits & insurance.

As the authorized agent for the above named company I grant permission for the use of my existing marketing materials & photographic images for promotional purposes in conjunction with current and/or future events. I hereby release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Times Two Entertainment LLC, event sponsors, the hosting venue, partners & agents, from any and all liability for any damage or injury which may occur or result, regardless of the cause, from my participation in the event. I understand that Times Two Entertainment LLC, event sponsors & the hosting venue & partners will not be held responsible for sales, weather or other unforeseen revenue losses and does not guarantee revenues or numbers of event patrons.
