Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to event@magnetmidsouth.org no later than October 18, 2023. A $50.00 fee will be assessed on all cancellation and refund requests made after October 18, 2023.

All registration transfers will be assessed a $25.00 fee. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to event@magnetmidsouth.org to complete the transfer process.

No refund requests will be considered after November 3, 2023.
