Fellowship Application
Application Process

1- Submit Application Form
This application may take several hours to complete. Please answer each question thoughtfully and honestly. Once you have submitted your application, we will run your background check and contact your references.

2- Evaluations Round
Once we receive your references, you will be notified if you are moving to the next round. If you are moving on to the evaluations round, you will receive an email with a few assessments for you to complete. These help us get to know you better!

3- Interview Round
Once we receive the results from your assessments and review them, you will be notified if you are moving on to the next round. If you are moving on to the interviews round, we will contact you to set up your interview/s. Interviews may include a group interview, an interview with a staff member, and an interview with the Fellowship Director.

4- Decision & Notification
Following your interview(s), we will contact you with a decision about your application. This may be as soon as a week following your final interviews.

5- Onboarding
If you are accepted for the Fellowship, we will send you an agreement form and onboarding information.We know this is a multi-step process, and we appreciate your time. Our goal is to serve our neighborhood and our applicants well by bringing in fellows who are a good fit for this program. Your desire to serve alongside us is an encouragement to us!
