    Please fill out the following form to help us understand your bar needs and wants. Wildwood Bar Packages are all-inclusive. This means you will have everything you need! Packages include water dispensers, pop, multiple mixers, fruit garnishes, clear plastic cups, ice, clean-up, and bartender fees. A 20% service fee is added to all packages to cover the aforementioned items. Please note: if you have special requests, we will do our best to make them happen, but we make no promises!     Along with water dispenser service, the Farm Package includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Ginger Ale. Please note: IF YOU CHOOSE THE FARM PACKAGE, WILDWOOD WILL ALSO HAVE A CASH BAR FOR LIQUOR AVAILABLE TO GUEST WHO MAY WANT TO PURCHASE COCKTAILS. YOU ARE NOT CHARGED FOR THIS.

    Along with water dispenser service, the Signature Farm Package includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Ginger Ale along with mixers (Tonic waters, Soda, Cranberry, Sour, etc.) & fruit garnishes.

    Along with water dispenser service, the Premium Farm Package includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Ginger Ale along with mixers (Tonic waters, Soda, Cranberry, Sour, etc) & fruit garnishes.
