Please provide a preference for playing number for the back of the playing strip. Playing Strip will also include Players Last Name above the number. Every effort will be made to allocate a preferred number, however this may not always be possible

Full fees for the Academy are $260. A deposit of $100 is required by 17 August will finalise their eqipment order.

Payment can be made by Direct Deposit or at Para Hills Knights Soccer Club on Training Nights (Wed & Fri 6:30pm-7pm)
