Instructions
1. All fields on the RMA Form must be completed and submitted for approval.
2. Returned merchandise must have an authentic serial number that has not been removed, revised, defaced or damaged.
3. Returned packages must include printed RMA form or will be refused by Pixio RMA Department.
4. Merchandise returns for refund must be returned 100% complete, including the original box, packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer or additional charges for missing items will be applied.
5. Returned packages that arrive damaged without a fragile indication box cover or does not have a fragile indication, will not be covered under Pixio warranty & return policy.
