  • Yoga Teacher Training Commitment

    All tuition fees must be paid in a timely manner in accordance with the deadline specified. 

    • $500 Deposit due by March 10th
    • Remaining balance-$2000- due before April 1st 
    • Payment Plan available as follows $500 deposit due 3/10, $365 due 4/1, $865 due 6/1, $865 due 9/1

    ***No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for cancellation. If you chose payment plan option, you must make payments on or by due date to continue with the training. 

    Adherence to punctuality is one of the primary factors in the success of the program. By electronically signing here, I accept responsibilty for being on time and to attend all program sessions. If there are dates you can not attend and know them now, please list them.

    *If one session is missed, 1 make up session or assignment is included with the program. If more than one session is missed, a $25 fee per hour will be charged for a make up session. 

    Upon completion of the program, you will receive a certificate from Yoga Alliance through Satya Yoga School.

    Session 1 

    April 13th, 14th, 27th, 28th

    May 11th, 12th, 18th, 19th

    June 1st, 2nd

    Content: 30 hours teaching techniques and practice (Level 1 class for beginners). 8 hours anatomy/body systems and organs, stretching anatomy, 17 hours philosophy (yamas, niyamas, sutras, and yoga history), 7 hours professional essentials (cueing, learning modalities, class management)

    Session 2 

    June 29th, 30th

    July 27th, 28th

    August 3rd, 4th, 24th, 25th

    Content: 20 hours teaching techniques and practice, (Level 2 class). Heated vinyasa. Planning and assisting a Level 2 class. 9 hours anatomy (chakras, nadis, eastern anatomy, and health). 5 hours humanities (intro to Yoga Sutras and other yogic texts) 21 hours professional essentials (practice teaching, teaching methodology, sequencing) 7 hours elective (intro to prenatal yoga, mantra)

    Session 3

    September 7th, 8th, 21st, 22nd

    October 5th, 6th 26th, 27th

    November 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th, 16th, 17th 

    Content: 25 hours techniques, training, practice (advanced poses). (Heated vinyasa, asanas, meditation) 13 hours anatomy (joints, sockets, common conditions) 8 hours humanities (types of yoga, sanskrit study, philosophy, accountability) 21.5 hours professional essentials (yoga as a service, qualities of a teacher and teacher/studio ethics, yoga business) 8 hours elective (intro to yin yoga, alignment, healthy movement, medical issues, benefits and contraindications)
